Throughout the year we have very competitive Contract rates with leading Hotels and Lodges, which enables us to offer the best quotations in the market. We will store and maintain all such hotel discounts in the Global Distribution System (GDS), including information on required method of booking. We will provide hotel confirmation notices.

Car Hire

We can provide on request of kind of car’s which is available rentals including rental within South Sudan and Overseas.

Cruising (Domestic and International)

We assist with visa applications where possible. In most cases we can organize visas without the presence of the client.

We would provide the tickets with VIP LONGUE service in Juba Airport with no additional cost in both ways when they are going out and when they are coming back, also the VIP/BUSINESS class longue can be provided worldwide airport as per the rules and regulation of that airport with additional cost, The VIP longue is specially made for Delegation people for the comfort stay in airport for the waiting hours for their departure and also waiting hours when they are returning back to juba in process to clear the immigration and baggage from custom.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FORM

A formal method to measure customer satisfaction of all travellers will be agreed upon between us. We will cooperate with periodic satisfaction surveys conducted by the customer Travel Office. The method of measurement will take into consideration and minimize the potential perception of conflict of interest of each party involved. We also have our own generated customer feedback form which will be given to the passenger along with their final itinerary and the passenger can send their feedback directly to our senior management as per their feedback the management will improve our services where required.

MONITORING THE QUALITY OF SERVICE

The quality of the service delivered by each travel agent is carefully monitored and evaluated through regular and annual performance appraisal reviews. This includes all aspects of productivity, knowledge, service, accuracy, customer satisfaction, problem resolution, attitude, reliability, efficiency and self-management.

AIRLINE TRAINING

Frequent airline training is hosted on monthly basis; these trainings vary on product knowledge, fare calculations, frequent flyer programs, familiarization trips and sampling of new products.

GDS TRAININGS

Regular training by the GDS’s mainly featuring on new and improved tools on how to improve our response time to the clients and management of the reservation systems.

CLIENT REPORTING SYSTEM / ACCOUNTING SYSTEM

Various reporting requirements from clients have enabled us to provide timely and accurate reports as required. In addition we work closely with Amadeus and Fare Logix&MSafari Connect to ensure that all client feedback is retrieved and provided back to the service provider to ensure that future reporting includes the changes and comments in the feedback.
